London House Travel Agency
Buenos Aires, 2018
My goal was to transform the travel agency model by shifting the focus from simple transactions to enriching personal experiences for clients. In this approach, travel becomes a means to an end, centering on the client.
London House was designed to adapt to changing market demands, creating a flexible space that evolves with the agency's needs, ensuring materials and furniture do not limit adaptability.
I envisioned a space that embodies the experience itself, allowing the brand's identity to transcend traditional graphic representations. This required rethinking the typical sales layout of travel agencies and overcoming material rigidity to better serve the user.
